This 12th-century abbess was a Renaissance woman before the Renaissance: Christian mystic and visionary, composer, author, theologian, botanist, healer and prolific correspondent with some of the most powerful figures of her day.
About Hildefest @ holy Trinty
Our inaugural Hildefest was held in September 2023. It emerged out of various conversations between parishioners and our partnership with Vocal Manoeuvres Academy contacts over several months. What developed was a full day program of worship, music and guest speakers covering many aspects of Hildegard’s life and work.
We are pleased to open our church for our community to enjoy this free celebration of all kinds of arts and creativity.
2024 Program
In 2024 we are expanding the program to include a ticketed concert on Saturday 14 September, featuring Vocal Manoeuvres Academy, with returning guest artist Ed LeBrocq and special guest, Sally Greenaway.. Sunday is once again a free full-day program of worship, workshops, guest speakers and more.
